If only my prospective Clients could heed my advice:
Met a Husband/Wife who asked for my quote.
They picked a cheaper - much cheaper quote/Co.
THE F$’ing mess made of this house. It’s grotesque. The prospects will never forget the mess as they will see it on their home from now on.

Another lady, last fall. My previous client - who is hiring me for the third time for another aspect needing masonry repair (tree is uprooting her stone path) recommended me to her neighbour. I explained the situation. Long story short, met the neighbour again, this spring and she had a wonder in her eyes - how the other guys work cracked up shortly after he did it LAST FALL!!! This Spring, it looks like he didn’t do anything. But my quote SPELLS IT OUT. My consult, SPELLS IT OUT!!!

I imagine the door installers helped cause this arch to drop. The guys who replaced my doors, beat on the frames like they were breaking in - so that is likely. I reversed this on this arch. I like doing this : ) What do you think?
