Harvest has officially begun in Brazil.
At Sucuri farm, Deyvid is showing us the hand-picked selection of the Geisha lot, one of the coffees we're most excited to follow this season.
Every year starts with careful observation. Walking the fields, evaluating the fruit, and selecting only the cherries that are ready. These early harvest samples help guide the decisions that will shape the coffee in the months ahead.
This is also the same Geisha variety that earned the Barbosa Family second place at the Cup of Excellence Brazil last year.
The new harvest is underway in Cerrado Mineiro, and we'll be sharing the journey from the field to the cup.

From the outside, harvest can look chaotic.
Machines moving.
Trucks arriving.
Drying patios filling up.
Teams working from sunrise to sunset.
But behind it all is a carefully coordinated process designed to protect quality at every stage.
