We did it fam!! 400m finals tomorrow at 4:24pm EST 🔥💪🏾 Let’s give them a show 🤗

Last night reminded me exactly why I love this sport. ✨ Winning both the 400m and 200m at UTTC’s final Twilight Meet of the season right here at Varsity Stadium where I coach and train was such a full-circle moment.

There’s something surreal about competing on the same track where I guide and push my athletes, leading by example and showing them what’s possible when you trust the process and keep showing up.

Nationals are next week, and I’m bringing all this momentum with me 🏃🏾‍♀️ Let’s go! 🚀💪🏾

What. A. Weekend. 🙌 CTFL Finals + Trials + the NB Party = pure track & field magic!

Ran a season’s best in the 200m, crowned CTFL 400m League Champion, and even had the chance to hop on a panel to share my journey as an Olympian & talk about my book Sprinting Through Setbacks. 📚✨

Huge thank you to for bringing the hype back to Canadian track—this energy is what the sport needs! Grateful to be out here racing, connecting, and having FUN again. 💥
