FONDANT CAKES AND CUPCAKES! I enjoy the challenge of making visually spectacular cakes out of buttercreams and fondant icing.

Equally, as a foodie, good quality ingredients and delicious rich taste is important to me when I bake. I always hope to make cakes that taste as good as they look!
