My name is Luz Tirado, I am an artist from Colombia. Please check out my latest work. I am using crochet inspired by Spring's flowers, nature and colors.
Luz Tirado is an independent artist who arrived from Colombia ten years ago. She comes from a family of artists and has been creating and exploring with art since a very young age. As a young child her and her family resided in the Colombian jungle where her mother planted the seeds of Luz's life-long artistic journey by teaching her to sew and make small handy crafts to pass the time. A little process work for our earrings. After crocheting multiple pairs of a few designs, they get starched - a stiffenning process before assembling with the final fishhooks or posts :)
Luz lives for all the bright colours! The more vibrant, the better, especially in the grey winter months.
