Who loves hearts? Who loves strawberries?🍓

We love both!

And the best, is when you feed your heart with fruits like Strawberries, there will be a whole lotta love going in and emanating out from your body. ❤

Book Recommendation!

A great story of the human body with tons of historical references for those asking, when was ________ discovered, and how?!

Of course, we especially loved the part about exercise. Did you know how exercise even became recognized as a beneficial act for the body??

In the late 1940s a British doctor was the first person to demonstrate a direct and measurable link between exercise and health.

In his study comparing the activity level of train drivers (sedentary job) and conductors (active job), he found that the drivers were more likely to have a heart attack than the conductors.

All to say what we now know to be true. Exercise is the best medicine! And sitting too long... well, you know the rest!

And we're back...😊

After about a month of recovery and rehabilitation from a back/hip injury, it was fantastic to be able to run outside on such a beautiful fall day!

Stay tuned for a recap of my recovery and some injury rehab programs in the works!

Doesn't matter the weather. Let it pour... you know in the distance somewhere there is always a rainbow.

Think about it. It's a privilege to be able to exercise and use our bodies in an active way. Some people don't have the ability!
