TechLife @ YorkU (TLY) is a student-run organization that is dedicated to exposing elementary school students to the field of technology and raising their interests in technological innovations at an early age. Most kids do not begin studying the phenomena of technology until their post-secondary education. However, TechLife is going to change that! Our goal is to provide students with hands-on experiences that are not typically part of an elementary school curriculum. This includes exploring coding, software and website development, java and much more. Through hosting interactive workshop sessions and events, we strive to feed the curiosity of enthusiastic students by encouraging them to implement their ideas into the world of technology.

TechLife @ YorkU also seeks to attract York University students and the community. We aim to provide a platform for tech-savvy York students to participate in technology-based events and to engage themselves with like-minded tech people as well as build professional connections. At York, we host sponsorship events and social gatherings where sponsors/companies can share their passion towards technology and what they have to offer.
