Milestone
Where ordinary people journey with an extraordinary God.

In the book of Genesis, we see God’s tender, intentional love by crafting the world so he could be in a relationship with us. Isaiah 44:3 whispers the same promise: He will pour water on thirsty ground and His Spirit on future generations who love Him! The Holy Spirit gently revives what feels dried up, tenderly comforts the weary soul, and breathes new life into places that felt dead. He lovingly formed you with purpose and chose you for eternal life because you matter deeply to Him.
Reflection: Rest with God in a safe space. Where has the Spirit gently restored your heart? Where has He poured healing into your wounds? Take time to notice His faithful presence, thank Him for never giving up on you, and open your heart to receive more of His love. He is still pouring, especially in your hardest places.
young men and women,
old men and children.
Let them praise the name of the Lord,
for his name alone is exalted;
his splendor is above the earth and the heavens.
And he has raised up for his people a horn,
the praise of all his faithful servants,
of Israel, the people close to his heart.
Praise the Lord.
Psalm 148

Let us prepare the way for the Lord in our lives - not only in the church, but as we go out into our communities and the world.
This was the charge given to the young people this past Saturday.
The young people lifted their voices and their hearts to the Lord, but it didn’t stop there. Let the Lion roar in the way you live a life pleasing to the Lord.
Raise your hand if you love LOVE ✋

Most people think the opposite of faith is doubt.
It’s not.
It’s imitation.
Showing up. Knowing the songs. Knowing the scripture. Looking the part — without any of it actually changing you.
Wheat and weeds grow in the same field. Same conditions. Early on, you literally cannot tell them apart.
But maturity? Maturity exposes everything.
Wheat bows under the weight of what it carries. Weeds just stand tall.
And if you’re in a hard season right now — being pressed, stretched, pruned — that’s not God abandoning you.
That’s a farmer preparing bread.
The question isn’t whether you’re in the field.
It’s what you’re becoming while you’re there.

Which miracle do you wish you could perform today? Or maybe the question should be which miracle do you wish you couldn’t perform? 🫠

Sometimes, as a digital media team, we can feel like we are posting and live-streaming into the void. With all the algorithms, different opinions on how to do things, and the general work behind an online presence, we wonder:
Is the content “working”? Is anybody being impacted by this? Are people able to see God by what we post? Is the livestream helping more than just members who can’t make it to church in person?
And every now and then, God sends us a little confirmation that we are making a little difference out there. This time it came in the form of a husband and wife - Q and Falana.
They joined a local family group after connecting with our Instagram page. They walked with the disciples and decided that they wanted to be baptized. Now Q and Falana are our new brother and sister in Christ.
As a media team, this is a reminder to us (and to us Christians in general) that we don’t change hearts - God does in his own way and timing. As individual disciples, we can only plant and water the seeds. God will make them grow (1 Corinthians 3:5-9)
Welcome to the kingdom, Q and Falana! And thank you for impacting us with your hearts for God and creating another beautiful testimony to bring glory to His name!
“I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.”
Psalms 63:4
