Am I the only one who's tired of seeing all these "Spotify spent too much money buying X podcast" stories with no info about ad rates/sponsorship or length of contract? Reporters apparently aren't interested in the ROI.

This right here is why you should really, really, really never (ever!) waltz into a meeting with a potential new marketing client and be all like "As a Senior Marketing Professional, I can tell you right now that your website sucks and that's why no one's ever heard of you."
(I once overheard a Senior Professional advise a client to take their experience at De Havilland Aerospace off their resume because "Look, I'm sure it was a good job but no one's ever heard of that company.")
(Bonus pro tip: Never hire anyone who says 'senior marketing professional' in a way where you just KNOW they're capitalizing those words in their head.)
Bio o/t day, oddly specific edition: "[company] is a company that desires to make a difference in the towel bar industry by creating new and innovative designs."
Aspirational without trying to do it all!
