Sales have drastically decreased since this time last year (47% in the GTA) and days on market moving up to 20, Toronto moves more towards a balanced market. ⚖️

A recent interest rate hike has caused some market concern at the moment. Remember that the Toronto Market is rising according to all long-term analyses; this is why it is advised to "buy real estate and wait.”

2. Don't forget to add a warm scent
3. Choose textured ceramics for a cozy feel
4. Choose furniture for its comfort not its style.
5. Mix cool whites with warm beige for balance.

✅ Check your washing machine. Make sure that water supply hoses which connect to your machine are in good condition.

✅Prune dead tree limbs and branches from your trees.

✅Spray for wasps, mosquitoes, and other insects to eliminate them as they tend to become more aggressive during late summer.
