Highlighting the works of Quebec artist Anick Langelier who is featured this month in "THE OUTSIDERS" exhibition with Luc Giard, Marc Leduc, Devon Marinac, James Kirkpatrick and Fruit Stains. May 30 - Jun 27 at the gallery
Anick Langelier, a self-taught artist, has been painting compulsively since adolescence. Inspired by her personal interpretation of the Bible and her love of God, she creates paintings where Good and Evil, heaven and hell, angels and her inner demons co-exist. In this relentless "quest for truth", she appropriates the works of the Painters who inspire her and integrates her own visions into a highly controlled and dazzling frenzy of forms and colors.
Anick Langelier's works an be found at the Musee d'Art Contemporain Singular in Mansonville, at the Galerie Robert Poulin in Montreal and at the Galerie Claire Corcia in Paris.
Come check out her dazzling colours and unique narrative in "THE OUTSIDERS" this month. Click on link in our bio to view more artworks by exhibiting artists, or just pop by to see the real thing.

Highlighting artist Mark Leduc now featured in "THE OUTSIDERS" exhibition on view at the gallery.
Working for over thirty years at the intersection of Art Informel and Art Brut, Marc Leduc has invented, through his drawings and encaustic paintings on wood, an original graphic language and a deeply personal poetry that evokes fiercely free inner landscapes, definitely detached from any concession to the dictates of the times.
Visit the gallery and explore the artists inner landscapes and our other fantastic artists featured in "THE OUTSIDERS".

"THE OUTSIDERS" this month at the gallery. May 30 - Jun. 27
Outsider art is closely linked to the term Art Brut - literally "raw art" - coined by French artist Jean Dubuffet to describe works created outside the reach of academic training or cultural institutions. Art Brut often arises in solitude, driven by an urgent need to express, rather than a desire to impress. These creations may carry a naive quality, but often reveal an astonishing intensity, often tapping into universal emotions with a raw immediacy that trained artists sometimes struggle to capture.
Join us and explore the fascinating works of Quebec artists Anick Langelier, Luc Giard, Marc Leduc and Ontario based artists Devon Marinac, James Kirkpatrick and Fruit Stains.
