State Goods is an evolving study in nostalgia, memories and connections. State Goods straddles the line between ‘past & present’, offering a unique spin on places of days past, and a strong foothold in modern visual art and design. Ever changing, State Goods looks to the little and the large moments, the artifacts from now & then, and to the things that make us tick for inspiration. Transcending g

At curation is everything.

Recently, we visited Eugene Ong inside the shop; photographed beside his favourite State Goods piece, Garden.

“It embraces transformation. Snakes shed their skin and release what no longer serves them. It’s about growing into something greater than before. To me, it represents wisdom, resilience, and reinvention. And of course, the black is just so me.”

KNIFE has become one of Toronto’s defining destinations for intentional living sourcing some of the world’s finest Japanese knives and cookware alongside a meticulously curated slow coffee program. Every object in the space carries a sense of permanence, utility, and care.

We’re proud to see State Goods prints living among that level of craftsmanship and curation.

Visit KNIFE to browse the collection in person.

Interior affairs. Objects of intention. Small totems that mind my way.

My living space is above my studio. It has no screens, but rather an army of small collections through travels.

They breathe stories in my space.

Memories museum.

Upstairs from the studio is my living space. Articles collected with the same disoerate intention as my work. Significance over screens. Artifacts over assets.

A dream of you
standing still
inside a storm—
no longer
in solitude
or sway;

a dagger drawn
to keep
your joy
safe.

A vignette to vision.

Letters to the Future is a Canadian/United Kingdom multi-disciplinary concert, supported in part by the National Creation Fund with Artistic Director/Producer, the Juno nominated artist, .

Inspired by Percy Bysshe Shelley’s notion that “poets are the unacknowledged legislators of the world”, the project is built on the belief that artists shape policy decisions and public opinion through imagination and the power of music.

Through incredible serendipity and a connection through my late brother Dominic, I’ve been given the opportunity to lend my creativity into the beautiful orchestration of this project. We are a beautiful chaos as we stride forward into the future.
