TMAC, as an organization, isn't interested in returning to 32 Lisgar. But many of its members, including Gamma Space, would love to be acknowledged for developing a business and governance model that opened up the purpose-built community benefit to the widest range of people while we were in it.

If the City was so concerned as to have prevented Toronto Media Arts Centre from operating the space it had been occupying, why would they *not* want to offer as much visibility and support as possible into the process to ensure the community benefit is delivered effectively?

UDPATE: The Media Arts Network of Ontario (MANO) Asks for More Transparency From They City MANO shares our concerns about the City's timeline and process around the REOI for 32 Lisgar and have written them a letter expressing them.

The City has responded that more information will be coming shortly.

With just 2 weeks and 2 days from the extended deadline for four organizations to submit a response to the first phase of the REOI, TMAC continues to feel this timeline is unnecessarily accelerated, regardless of the available information.
