We want to say a special thank you to all our sponsors of this years YPDN K4K event in support of Sarah's Fund at SickKids!
So many children and families will benefit from your support! When a child is diagnosed with cancer their world and the world of their family's is changed. A child grows up fast and things that use to be important become unimportant. Fighting a disease like cancer is hard on a child and their family, but because of our network and the incredible sponsors we have, we will be able to lighten that load and help make their lives a little easier.
We would like to say thank to our donors and attendees of the event as well, thank you all for helping us help others!

"Life insurance companies such as Sun Life Financial and Manulife Financial say a growing number of employers have been looking to implement corporate wellness programs in recent years, partly in response to the desires of millennial workers."
Let us know what your company is doing to sweeten the pot for millennials! Does health and wealth play a big factor in determining the company you've chosen to work for?

Employers tweaking health plans to appeal to millennials Canadian companies are tweaking their health plans in order to appeal to a new generation of employees in the coming years. PwC predicts that millennials - who it defined as people born between 1980 and 2000 - will comprise 50 per cent of the global workforce by 2020.

Sam Hillman, one of our founding team members, takes to the Globe and Mail to answer the age-old question: does size really matter?
"...If you’re young and trying to navigate between big-company opportunities and small, a significant part of finding the best way comes down to what you need rather than what they offer. Work isn’t just about content, it’s about context. No amount of education will be able to tell you what type of company you will like and thrive in. Get out there and experience, learn by doing, get your hands dirty and don’t let the fear of failing deter you from experimenting. You alone hold the answer to which company size works best for you and the only way to find that answer is to experience both. From my millennial perspective, size does matter."
