For nearly 20 years, Audax has been creating exceptional residences for discerning clients. Working internationally, our practice is guided by a belief that great design enriches everyday life.
Today, we are proud to be leading the architecture and interior design of 1 Marlborough—arguably the most significant luxury residential development in Canada. At a time when much of the condominium market has been shaped by investor demand, 1 Marlborough represents something different: residences designed for the people who will call them home.
From carefully considered suite layouts to material palettes, bespoke details, and curated amenities, every aspect of 1 Marlborough is informed by nearly two decades of luxury residential experience.
We believe that great design is one of the soundest investments a person can make. Homes that are beautifully detailed and built to endure not only enrich the lives of their owners, but also preserve and enhance their long-term value. The finest residences enrich everyday life while preserving value for generations.

A new project rooted in the romance of the old world.
is a bespoke countryside residence inspired by the timeless villages of the English Cotswolds, where architecture was shaped slowly over generations through craftsmanship, honest materials, and the human hand. Here is a small glimpse into a much larger design.
From hand-finished stone and warm natural woods to carefully proportioned interiors and intimate gathering spaces, every element of the project is being designed to feel enduring, tactile, and deeply human. Rather than chasing trends, the goal is to create a home with the quiet beauty and permanence of places that have aged gracefully through time.
Audax is leading both the architecture and interior design for the project, crafting a cohesive vision where tradition and contemporary living come together seamlessly.

Introducing a Bridle Path Residence, a contemporary reinterpretation of a traditional Georgian house.
The symmetrical façade is composed of smooth, light-toned stone articulated with subtle architrave and cornice details. French balconies on the second floor, along with decorative window and door paneling, recall the stately grace of Georgian precedents. In contrast, crisp lines, simplified profiles, and minimal ornamentation introduce a distinctly modern sensibility. Tall, slender windows framed in dark bronze, crowned by a steeply pitched roof, accentuate the home’s vertical rhythm and lend an enduring sense of grandeur. The result is a composition that feels both dignified and understated.

Although these projects couldn’t be more different, they share one unifying principle — Human Architecture.
At Audax, every project is a bespoke creation shaped around our clients’ lives, values, and aspirations.
Our philosophy empowers us to embrace any style, any preference, and any way of living — without compromise.
Because Human Architecture is just that: human — beautiful in all its forms and expressions.
Philosophy Toronto PalmBeach
Beauty isn’t an accident — it’s built on principles.
Human Architecture, our firm's design philosophy, holds that six timeless truths have defined the greatest works of design across time and space:
Symmetry. Repetition. Hierarchy. Proportion. Materiality. The Emotive.
These are the axioms that guide our everyday design practice.
