I'm offering $150 to anybody who can tell me who this person is. He kicked and dented my car. This happened today, Thursday, September 4th, at 9am on the Esplanade at Princess St. He is upset and kicks my car because the water splashed him as I was moving my car to make way for the TTC Bus. I didn't mean to splash him but it doesn't mean you can damage property. Again, $150 to anybody who can identify him so I can report it. thanks!
