The original poem is “I before E except after C and when sounded like ā as in NEIGHBOR and WEIGH.” And yes, there are still WEIRD exceptions. Remember WEIRD breaks the rule because it’s just weird. Same with FOREIGN, COUNTERFEIT and FEISTY. They all have some sort of beef with the rule, so they don’t follow it. FOREIGN doesn’t know any better because he’s from another country, COUNTERFEIT is a criminal so he breaks it on purpose and FEISTY just does it for fun. 😂😂😂

As a versatile creator, I get to design for some of life’s most important events. Most of the time it’s for a person or family’s happiest moments, but sometimes it also includes some of the saddest times.

In this case I was honoured to create a memorial card for a friends family. Tribute to a man, an uncle, a husband, a father, a son, who adored his family and loved life. 🤍
