Be up to date with the current OBC including the requirements of city by-laws, WSIB and safety requirements.
Someone confident to lead a project overlooking the trades, required inspections, and working on site to complete the job scope. Be able to stay ahead of project with material takeoffs.
Capable of leading a team of site employees while completing their own tasks.
Maintaining timeline, man hours, and completed work with good communication and time management skills.
Capable of solving any issue that arise during the project by having the experience, knowledge and great problem-solving skills. Capable of safely using all
tools used on projects.
Be up to date with the pricing, variety and quality of different building materials. Provide regular material takeoffs and budget reports.
A highly motivated and knowledgeable individual, preferably with over 10 years’ experience in residential and commercial projects.
Should take progression photos on site.
Preferably should have their own truck.
