A food security fundraiser. Save the date! The 7th Annual Humber Ride4Real Food is Sunday September 10, 2017. We have, and we are working on it.
The 9th Annual Humber Ride4Real Food is Sunday June 16th, 2019! Join us for a bike ride, up to 46km, starting at Budapest Park. For those who do not wish to ride, we will also be leading a walking tour through the vibrant Parkdale community. A picnic and all day entertainment will be provided to riders and walkers! Join us for a bike ride along the Humber Recreational Trail, beginning from Budapest Park. Live music and a delicious picnic lunch will await riders and walkers when they return to the park!

Imagine everyone having access to the food they need.Imagine a food system built on the idea of building communities. We have, and we are working on it.
You can play an important role in promoting food security. Join us in making healthy, sustainable food available for low-income people.
The Humber Walk and Ride4RealFood supports a fantastic food security program that:
-Directly provides healthy food to those in need
-Provides job training and workplace opportunities to low-income people
-Supports local Ontario farmers
-Supports a non-profit food co-op and the good jobs that go with it
-Builds a replicable/expandable model (more agencies are joining in!)
