Far too many people think that they're not creative.
And then the world loses out on the seeds of brilliant new ideas.
Have you heard of the Worst Possible Idea activity?
It rocks, because in it no one ever feels silly or feels that they have lame ideas—because everyone is coming up with terrible ideas together.
And people are more relaxed and enjoy the experience a more. A nice win-win.
When the group then dissects the range of horrible ideas, insights and new ideas emerge, that provides the fuel and inspiration to develop some actually very good ideas. Better than if you had done a normal brainstorming session.
