In partnership with the Future Skills Centre - Centre des Compétences futures, Magnet’s Mark Patterson led a session focused on human-centred approaches to AI at last week’s Agents of Change event in Montreal.
Hosted by Electricity Human Resources Canada - EHRC, Agents of Change gathered leaders across Canada with a common goal of advancing fairness, representation, and belonging in Canada's electricity sector.

What is AISPP?
Despite the explosion of AI-related resources, many of us are still navigating the disruption on our own. Powered by Magnet and supported by the Future Skills Centre - Centre des Compétences futures, the AISPP offers a platform where learners can share practices and navigate challenges together.
The AISPP runs for six weeks and includes:
🔴 A weekly virtual session focused on a core question related to AI adoption and practice
🔴 One hour of independent practice per week
🔴 Access to a Stewardship Practice Hub, a community of practice to share, collaborate, and learn together beyond weekly sessions
