Hosted by Electricity Human Resources Canada - EHRC, Agents of Change gathered leaders across Canada with a common goal of advancing fairness, representation, and belonging in Canada's electricity sector.

As AI reshapes how we work, it also offers potential to further transparency, inclusion, and trust. Thank you to EHRC for allowing us to make the case for responsible AI use in one of Canada’s growing and essential sectors.

What is AISPP?

Despite the explosion of AI-related resources, many of us are still navigating the disruption on our own. Powered by Magnet and supported by the Future Skills Centre - Centre des Compétences futures, the AISPP offers a platform where learners can share practices and navigate challenges together.

The AISPP runs for six weeks and includes:

🔴 A weekly virtual session focused on a core question related to AI adoption and practice
🔴 One hour of independent practice per week
🔴 Access to a Stewardship Practice Hub, a community of practice to share, collaborate, and learn together beyond weekly sessions
