A dish built on pure nostalgia.
Inspired by the legendary Indian rum that has been part of countless stories, nights, and memories — our Old Monk Mussels bring those bold flavours to the table in a completely different way.

Fresh PEI mussels are flambéed with Old Monk rum, creating a rich, smoky, slightly sweet sauce that pairs beautifully with the natural brininess of the mussels. Finished with fresh herbs, delicate garnish, and served alongside crispy pav crisps to soak up every last bit of sauce.

Comforting, bold, and unapologetically coastal — this is one of the most unique dishes on our menu.
