It’s easy to get overwhelmed by a mountain of responsibilities, tasks & decisions. Soon enough anxiety gets the better of us & we abandon everything altogether because it’s just too much & feels impossible.
There’s nothing wrong with having big goals & great expectations, but when we perceive these goals outsize our resources, our likelihood of even starting decreases.
Try to tackle one task, goal, or decision at a time. And don’t forget to celebrate each one!
