My approach and main study is relational psychotherapy. My practice is informed by feminist theory, and lives within an anti-oppressive framework. In addition to traditional talk therapy, my tool box includes expressive arts therapy practices and ideas. Whether you're interested in simply exploring feelings while creating, or perhaps you're stuck on how to process pain, grief, sadness, relationshi

Attention psychotherapists looking for a fun supervision group! Here's your sign to stop scrolling. Maybe this small virtual group is what you're looking for!

It's not too late to join our Jan 16th group. We'll gather virtually for 6 weeks - a total of 12 hours. This might be a good fit for you if:
* you are a student therapist or an RP (qualifying) working towards full RP status
* you are an independent RP looking to have space to work through the tricky & sticky spots in your practice
* you enjoy the process of making meaning as a group
* you need/want a lower cost option to get any of the above done

Hours accumulated in this group will meet requirements of the CRPO.

It is not required that you are an RP in Ontario to join, but if you aren't certain if you and your practice/work are a good fit, please reach out and we'll figure it out together.
