Europro’s Cedar Pointe management team has partnered with the Senior Wish Association this holiday season to provide Bags of Love!

Collaboratively with the Cedar Pointe tenant community, Europro has taken the initiative to collect Bags of Love on behalf of the Senior Wish Association.

The Bags of Love will be given to seniors in the Barrie community who are deemed lonely, marginalized and in need of support during the holiday season.

We are delighted to partner with the organization that has been helping seniors in the community since 2011.

Europro is pleased to announce the enthusiastic endorsement by the City of Windsor’s Development and Heritage Standing Committee of an innovative plan to build five residential towers on an unused corner of the 44-acre Tecumseh Mall property.

The development, bounded by Lauzon Parkway, Lauzon Road, Tecumseh Road and the CN railroad tracks, calls for five, six-storey buildings with 390 units.

On August 29th, Europro Co-Founder and President Josef Jakubovic will be joining the Ride for Kayla's Children Centre.

Riding along parents and supporters, Josef will take part in the Ride for KCC in hopes to continue to empower children with special needs to develop life-enhancing skills, self-esteem, and confidence.

Kayla’s Children Centre and its mission have been dear to the Jakubovic family’s heart. 23 years ago, their daughter Yudit was born with severe cerebral palsy. At the age of 6 months, Yudit joined Kayla’s Children Centre. “The love and dedication provided to Yudit by her teachers and caretakers [at KCC] have exceeded expectations. Always treating her with such kindness and respect, which made her feel very comfortable and accepted,” described Josef Jakubovic.

We have recently refreshed the lobby at 2810 Matheson in Mississauga!

In addition to introducing new lighting to brighten up the space, we have also installed a new security desk with an upgraded annunciatior panel.

To complete the look, we replaced the decorative mezzanine panels and added modern furniture.

We have recently overhauled the elevator lobbies and corridors at 50Q in Kitchener!

Transforming them from the original finishes, we have upgraded floors 2-9 with modern and contemporary elements composed of identical finishes as the main lobby.

This included upgrading the LED lighting, introducing new paint, wallpaper, ceramic floor and wall tile, carpet, ceiling tiles, and doors.

Additionally, we have replaced the existing tenant signage and floor directories to complete the new look.
