Find out tenants decided to bypass the meter when they got their hydro disconnected not a smart move especially when you make a payment and leave the jumpers in for hydro to find when they come to reinstall the meter guess what happened jumpers removed feeds disconnected from transformer and required an ESA Inspection on our inspection these are just a few items we found ESA doing a full inspection and now homeowners on the hook for thousands of dollars in electrical repairs.
