Here is our Tres Leches dessert, a combination of different types of milk with a touch of fruits from our land that will transport you directly to our country, Colombia. We have three flavors available:
1. Lulo, it is a tropical fruit native to the Andes of Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Characterized by its acidic flavor.
2. Maracuya, also known as passion fruit, is a typical fruit native to South America. Its flavor is sweet and tart, and it is characterized by its juicy and aromatic pulp.
3. Chocolate, because no dessert menu is complete without it.

This is our star dessert, better known as Merengón in Colombia or Pavlova Roll. It is made with meringue filled with whipped cream and fresh fruit. It sounds simple but turns out to be the perfect dessert for any occasion.
