this is it.

The interesting thing about đ§ autopilot is that it can actually look a lot like success.
You're busy. You're getting things done. Clients are calling, deals are happening and there is always something that needs your attention.
So you keep going because it feels like it's working.
But at some point, you have to ask yourself whether you're actually running your business or whether you've just become really good at responding to it. đ€
Autopilot is a fascinating thing because its job is actually to help us. It saves mental energy by automating the things we do over and over again.
You don't think about how to brush your teeth.
You just do it.
And that ânot having to thinkâ is golden!
Imagine having to consciously think through every little thing you do in a day. đ
The problem isn't autopilot.
The problem is that we don't always notice what we've put on it.
We keep doing things because we've always done them.
We keep saying yes because we've always said yes.
We follow the same routines, respond to the same things and operate our businesses in ways that may have made perfect sense at one point.
But do they still?
I'm not suggesting you need to stop doing anything in your business.
I'm suggesting it's worth noticing what you're still doing out of habit versus what you're consciously choosing because it makes sense for where you're going now.
Because there's a big difference between a business that's working...
and a business that's working for you.
And suddenly you remember THE thing. đłđ

Not everyone will agree with these.
And that's okay.
But I'm curious...
Which one resonates with you most?
What would you add?

Youâre thinking about work-life balance all wrong.
Being busy isnât necessarily evidence that youâre building a good business.
If every time your business grows, it requires more of your time, more of your attention and more of you personally... eventually you run out of capacity.
And thatâs where I think weâve misunderstood work-life balance.
Itâs not about being less ambitious.
Itâs about building your business in a way that allows you to keep being ambitious - without requiring everything else in your life to get smaller.
Because when you understand where you create the most value, where your time is best spent, and how to build around that... you create capacity.
That means more capacity for clients, opportunities and the things that matter outside of work.
You donât have to choose between a bigger business and a bigger life.
Build better and make room for both.

Who decided we had to pick one personality anyway? âșïž

The problem with constantly raising the bar is that you rarely get to feel like youâve reached it.
And I think a lot of ambitious people do this without even realizing it.
We accomplish something and almost immediately move on to whatâs next.
The goal changes.
The expectations get higher.
And somehow, what weâve already done starts to feel like it doesnât count for very long.
Thereâs nothing wrong with wanting more for yourself. Or wanting to grow. Or knowing thereâs more youâre capable of.
But wanting to do more doesnât mean you need to be more.
You can be proud of where you are and still want to keep going.
You are enough.

I used to think I wasnât creative.
I was logical.
Analytical.
Business-minded.
And because I wasnât a professional or an expert in anything artistic, âcreativeâ wasnât a word I would have used to describe myself.
But the creativity was always there. It just showed up differently.
It showed up in ideas. In problem solving. In seeing connections. In finding different ways to do things.
And something interesting happened when I started to recognize those things as creativity.
I started to see myself as a creative person.
And in a weird way, that gave me permission to explore the more obvious creative things too.
Writing. Music. Photography.
Things I probably would have once thought belonged to âcreative people.â
Maybe the question isnât whether youâre creative. Maybe itâs where your creativity shows up.
