GawDAMN I have so much to share from Japan but I’m starting small for today bc I’m reminiscing 🥺 💞 would love to go back and explore more of the less visited places. Japan i luvd my experience visiting u despite not being able to poo for many days 🫶🏼xoxoxo here’s a few bits n pieces from this beautiful two week trip (it was not long enough 😭🙂‍↕️)

This night will be a memory I will never forget and I can’t thank everyone enough times for making this night so special.

Making music is truly all I’ve ever known. When you are a kid, there’s a sense of naivety and childlike wonder about it, and I always believed I was going to make my dream of doing music a reality. I mean if that’s all I wanted to do, why would it not be possible?

As you grow you realize things are a lot harder than just having a dream and making it happen.

But life is a gift, not something you can count on. I always remind myself I truly only have this one life to fulfill what I feel is my calling and my dream, and that night reminded me why I have fought so hard to continue believing in myself and pushing to keep going.

It’s not easy but it is rewarding and beautiful and I’m so grateful to be able to continue pushing it.

None of that could be possible without my team of people helping me. There’s so much that goes into all of this, and the team truly helps push this vision forward! 💫

I love this record and I created, and I couldn’t have asked for a better beginning in a genre I feel at home in FINALLY. Playing it live for the first time was seriously so fulfilling after the years I spent writing it before bringing it into the studio, and the time spent working on it and making sure it was just right. These songs are so special to me and playing them for you after Kyle (and .pettitt !!) and I worked so hard to put it all together. I’m SOOOO excited to do it all over again!!

And of course my beauties behind the scenes . None of it could have been possible without the building blocks we laid out for the foundation. we can finally look at that night and see we made something special! Thank you for the support and for always believing in me, we did it!!!. And of course Melanie for making me look and feel like fairy. She just GETS ME🧚🏼‍♀️ and this look was just so serendipitously insane!!!
