3 careers. A lot of mistakes. One picture that changed everything.
My partner took a picture of me on vacation. I’d finally taken a real break from work and all I could feel was this weight sitting on my chest: I’m meant to be doing more than this.
That was 7 years ago. I was making good money, coaching leaders I genuinely respected, and I was miserable anyway.

(Including the part where I was $28k in debt, sleeping on a pullout couch while my kids shared a mattress on the floor.)
If you’re new here, I’m Robb. I help coaches do work they’re proud of and get paid well for it. Not by turning them into someone they’re not. Just by getting clear, getting visible, and enrolling clients in a way that actually feels like them.
Follow along if that’s the kind of thing you’re after (or don’t because I’m also cool with that).
Especially if you’re a coach or consultant doing work with meaning. Aka why you’re not attracting more clients (in 21 seconds).
You can’t BS these people. It’s one of the reasons I love humans from England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. They’re funny. They’ve got good taste in music. And they’ll call you on your crap.
So damn grateful.
You can’t get incredible coaching + mentorship for free if you Do Bold Sh*t.
And most of the stuff worth doing is meant to feel scary at first.
Most people can’t do this.
But it’s the kind of crazy sh*t that’s possible when you’re intentionally carving your own path + building a $250k Dreamboat Business with coaching or consulting.
I haven’t been to the UK in 20 years. I was DJ’ing, producing music, and running record labels full-time back them. And I was regularly binge drinking until I blacked out.
It’s insane how much has changed.
And it’s not just the hair 😂
On that last trip, I DJ’ed at a party in Brixton, at The Funky Buddha in Brighton, and live on the radio in London.
I’m back in the UK in a few weeks.
And I’m hosting an in-person workshop for Coaches + Consultants doing meaningful work on Friday June 19th in London.

This coach has a wait list of clients, sent an extra $9k to her financial advisor, and is making music. When we first met she had some clients, but her months were inconsistent. The money stress was real. And the doubt it was causing had her white-knuckling everything.
That led to all sorts of second-guessing..
What if things didn’t change?
How long could she do this for?
And would she need to go back to a job?
Now she....
Has a waitlist of clients.
Sent her financial advisor an extra $9k to invest.
Is making music, spending time in nature, and hanging with family.
How the heck did we get her here?
1. 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 so she wasn’t just proud of the words on her website + social profiles, but it was Magnetic to clients she loves to serve.
2. 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀. Ones that were easy for the right people to say yes to, while allowing her to focus on the parts of her business that bring her the most joy.
3. 𝗚𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝘆 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗦 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸™ so she could show up to her enrollment calls with confidence + conviction.
4. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 that got her off the unpredictable rollercoaster while creating more consistent monthly revenue.
5. 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 that put her in front of hundreds of thousands of her Dream Clients without her needing to be a content monkey living on social media.
6. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 that let the right folks warm themselves while she made music, spent time in nature, and hung out with family.

I freaking love this work. ❤️
