CARA is the governing body for Adventure Racing in Canada, providing education and awareness to the coolest endurance sport on the planet.
CARA is also a member organizations of the International Adventure Racing Association.

The Canadians are coming to the Junior Adventure Racing World Championships July 23-26 in Temiscamingue, Quebec and they will be proudly wearing the maple leaf. With a nod to iconic Team Canada jerseys of the past, the Canadian Adventure Racing Association is proud to announce on Canada Day that they are outfitting the young Canadians with this custom designed Canadian adventure racing shirts to represent their country. Go Canada Go!
We are producing an initial batch for the junior champs team, but we want all Canadian Adventure Racers and supporters to wear the flag. We'll shortly have our e-commerce store open where you can purchase this design in short and long sleeve format. Anyone racing at home or internationally can proudly tell the world that they are a CANADIAN adventure racer, with proceeds going to support outfitting the junior racers. Watch for more info soon.

Introducing our teams of the 2026 Raid the Rockies.
Welcome to Team Wild Warriors.
"Warriors at the start.
Not the wisest. Probably not the most rested either.
Steve and Nathalie, the founding duo, learned and experienced everything together: navigating when it makes sense… and especially when it doesn't. Years spent accumulating experience, memorable mistakes, and an impressive ability to persevere even when plans A, B, and C are already dead.
Daniel completes the trio. The newest member of the family, now indispensable, internationally proven, solid enough to compensate for… or worsen the decisions of the other two. We're not quite sure yet.
On paper, it looks like a competitive team. In reality, it's a well-calibrated mix of skill, stubbornness, and a "we'll make it" attitude.
We'll get lost (a little).
We'll laugh (often at the worst possible moment).
We'll suffer (a lot, intentionally).
But one thing is for sure:
we'll keep moving forward, even when it becomes a downright bad idea.
Because that's what being Wild Warriors is all about:
not always wise, rarely perfect… but never out of the running.
The Rockies are beautiful.
We'll try not to visit them unnecessarily."
