Dog culling is a crime.
And what’s happening across Pakistan right now is absolutely heartbreaking.

Healthy, innocent animals are being killed in the name of “control,” with no accountability and no humanity. This is not population management. This is cruelty.

We cannot stay silent anymore.

We urgently need the public’s help. If you witness or hear of any dog culling incidents, please share:
• Details of the incident (location, date, authority involved)
• A copy of the report filed to PARC
• The name of the party responsible for carrying out the culling

Documentation matters. Evidence matters. Your voice matters.

If we want change, we have to expose what’s happening and hold the right people accountable. Please share this post, spread awareness, and stand up for those who can’t speak for themselves.

I can’t even begin to process the cruelty of what happened to Tywinn in Florida. This innocent, 9-year-old miniature schnauzer trusted the woman who was supposed to love and protect him. Instead, when she was denied boarding because she didn’t have the right paperwork, she chose to drown him in an airport bathroom stall rather than find another way to keep him safe.

She threw his lifeless body in the trash. His little collar, his belongings—discarded like garbage. Then she got on her flight to Colombia, as if nothing had happened.

An airport worker found Tywinn’s body, still wet, still warm. Thanks to them, an investigation was launched, and on March 18, 2025, Alison Agatha Lawrence, 57, was arrested and charged with aggravated animal cruelty—a third-degree felony. She was released on a $5,000 bond. That’s it.

Tywinn deserved better. He deserved love, safety, and a full life. We can’t let his death be ignored. Demand justice:

Kind supporters,

I hope you have all been keeping well. I have been absent for a while from social media due to a variety of reasons including my physical and mental health. I just have not been well enough these past few months and so had to take a step back from rescue work. I needed time to heal and come back with full health to continue saving the lives of very vulnerable animals. I am still in co- ordination with Todd's Welfare Society as am in the middle of helping them relocate their dogs to the US. I am hoping to help more dogs of Pakistan and yes concentrate on saving more lives from the Vietnam meat market. I will need your support as you have made things possible in the past. So let's start work and get down to doing what we do best and that is saving lives.

Hey there, amazing supporters!

First off, I want to apologize for going a bit silent recently. To be fully transparent, I haven't been doing too well health-wise and have been dealing with a lot behind the scenes. It's been a struggle, but I'm slowly working my way through it. Thanks for your patience and for continuing to show up for our mission even when I've been a little MIA. I am still dealing with the health issues but hoping it gets better.

I also have to share the latest on our sweet Celeste's journey, and I'm just overflowing with gratitude and hope because of all of you. Thanks to your unbelievable kindness and generosity, we've hit a huge milestone – we've raised 50% of the money needed for Celeste's critical dental surgery!

When I first told you Celeste's story, it was absolutely heartbreaking. Rescued from unimaginable cruelty, this brave little pup was suffering terribly from severe gum disease, leaving her in constant pain and unable to eat solid food properly. But even with all she's been through, Celeste's beautiful spirit hasn't been broken. Her determination to live her best life has inspired us all.

Today, I'm over the moon to share that your donations have gotten us halfway to our fundraising goal. This incredible response means we're that much closer to getting Celeste the life-changing dental work she so urgently needs. Right now, the poor girl is on a liquid diet since anything solid is just too painful and difficult for her. While we've made that temporary adjustment, it's obviously not a long-term solution. Celeste deserves to really enjoy her meals without any pain and live out her days in total comfort.

But we can't stop now – we still need to raise the other 50% to make sure sweet Celeste gets her surgery before it's too late. Every single day counts, so the urgency is real. I'm personally asking each of you to keep supporting however you can, whether it's sharing her story, making another donation, or just sending your positive vibes her way. I truly mean it when I say every little bit makes a huge difference.

Celeste's road from a survivor of the dog meat trade to a beloved fur-baby in the US has been nothing short of miraculous. With your amazing support, we can write that next incredible chapter for her – a story filled with great health, pure happiness, and finally getting all the love and care she should've had from the very start.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to each of you for your compassion, your generosity, and for sticking by Celeste through this journey. Let's keep this positive momentum going strong and get our girl the bright future she deserves more than anything.

You all are the absolute best. Thank you for caring. Thank you for taking action. Thank you for being a part of Celeste's world.

Here's a video of Celeste's teeth.

Since she's in a lot of pain she won't let us get a better picture and this is the best we could get to show you.

As you can see, her teeth are rotten and need to be extracted ASAP as she's in a lot of pain. We only have about a week left and were only able to raise $330 so far. We still need to raise $1670 to secure enough funds for her surgery.

Time is not on our side but we have faith in our supporters that you would help us just like you've helped us in the past with countless other rescues. We're ever so grateful for all the support and we would appreciate any help towards Celeste's surgery.

We have an urgent appeal kind followers.

As you know, we recently had a successful freedom flight from Vietnam to the US and of our rescues who flew over is currently not doing very well.

Meet Celeste, she's 10 years old and is diagnosed with stage 4 Periodontal Disease meaning her molars 🦷 are rotten and need to be extracted as soon as possible. She's in pain and unable to eat properly.

We urgently need to raise $2000 for the surgery. We were quoted $2400 for the surgery by the Fremont Pet Hospital but after consulting with the we were able to find a cheaper alternative that saves us 400 dollars.

Currently, she's under antibiotics and the vet says she should get the surgery urgently as there's considerable swelling and bleeding around some of her molars. Please we are absolutely stressed out and we have around a week to gather the amount so we can take her in for this life saving surgery.

Please, we urgently need your help to make sure Celeste lives happily ever after. She was rescued from the vietnam dog meat market and deserves a second chance at life.

We set up a gofundme to raise the funds. Please head over to this link to donate:

Dear Friends,

We wanted to share some amazing news. A few months ago we started our new project where we decided to rescue animals from the dog and cat meat trade in Vietnam. We were successfully able to rescue 3 dogs and 6 cats. This was only possible due to your unwavering support as we would not have been able to rescue these babies without you stepping in to help.

To further this great news, our first group of rescues successfully landed in Chicago, United States in partnership with Precious Pets Almost Home (PPAH). Now, they will begin new lives of freedom, care, and possibility in the US without any fear of being killed for their meat.

I went to Vietnam to get the rescues out and accidentally passed by one of the meat markets in Hanoi. The atrocities I witnessed there is something I can not unsee and it breaks my heart to know that while I write, there are thousands of animals being slaughtered for their meat. Including dogs and cats. We at PSA promise to educate and raise awareness in Vietnam and we will continue to do so whatever it takes until every single animal is safe and healthy. No animal deserves to be killed for their meat and as omnivores, we have a choice. The choice to be humane and the choice to go vegan.

Thank you kind followers for helping us help these animals. Together, we are dismantling the meat trade chain by chain emancipating precious souls one rescue at a time. Its only with your support that we were able to get Celeste, Piper, Asher, and Juno out of Hanoi, Vietnam to Chicago, US. Currently, Celeste is adopted while Piper, Asher, and Juno are decompressing with all the changes but you may reach out to PPAH if in Chicago and looking to adopt.

Stay tuned for more updates as we rescue more lives from the unimaginable abuse in Vietnam and Pakistan. From the depths of my heart, thank you for standing by our side and being the heroes these animals so desperately needed. Your compassion is changing the world.

With gratitude,

Hassan Bokhari

Piper is looking for a home in California!

Piper's Bio: 📝
Age: Approx. 1 year old
Gender : Female
Good with cats and kids
Needs time but great with dogs too
Spayed: Yes
Litter trained: Yes
Vaccinated and Microchipped

Piper's rescue story:
We rescued Piper from the meat market in Hanoi, Vietnam where she was seconds from being slaughtered for her meat. Fortunately, Piper is one of the few survivors of the meat trade and is currently safe in fostercare.

Piper's Personality:

Piper is a super relaxed, laidback kind of girl who equally loves playing with toys and eating and sleeping. She's a very cuddly cat who loves humans, kids and cats. With dogs, she does find them weird at first but with some time she will start to be accepting. She was rescued from a meat market so she will need some time to assimilate to a new home and a new country.

Piper is all set to travel end of January. Please, would you open your heart and home to this lovely girl?

A little update on Juno who was rescued from the Vietnam Meat Market.

Juno was absolutely terrified and would hiss at anyone who came after she was rescued just because of everything she went through. It took some time and a lot of love and affection that she was able to trust humans again and now she is the most adorable little girl.

Juno's fosters love her but unfortunately, just like our other rescues in Vietnam, we have until January to bring them out of the country and into the US. We started a JustGiving to see if kind followers would be willing to help us out.

Please click the link below to head to our JustGiving and consider sending a donation so we can get Juno and our other rescues to safety in the US.

WE HAVE AMAZING NEWS!

For those of you who do not know Freya, she is one of our many rescues from our Vietnam Dog & Cat Meat Trade survivors. Freya was rescued moments before being slaughtered for her meat.

Freya was so scared and would snap at anyone and anything that came near her which is understandable considering what she went through. Thankfully, we found an amazing foster for Freya who went above and beyond to make sure she became the confident dog she is today. Freya became not only that but very close to her foster and naturally, this turned into a foster fail; the best failure in rescue. Freya will be living in London in a few months and we couldn't be more excited.

From the horrible vietnam meat trade to her forever home in London, Freya has come such a long way and we wanted to especially thank her lovely foster and adopter Rickie Duncan for loving her so selflessly! 🙏💕

🌟🎂 One year ago, we flew Marshall from a shelter ( .pk) to Canada because no one wanted to adopt him. Marshall's parents celebrated his birthday as he turned 2. 🍁🎉 The transformation he's undergone in just one year is nothing short of remarkable. 🐶❤️

As we gather to mark this special day, let's not only celebrate Marshall's second year but also the incredible journey that brought him here. 🌟🎁

Happy 2nd birthday, Marshall! 🎂🥳 May your days continue to be filled with adventures, love, and the warmth of your Canadian home. 🇨🇦❤️🐕

🙏❤️ A heartfelt thank you goes out to Marshall's amazing adopters, Abhivyakti and William! Your compassion and love have given Marshall the forever home he deserves. 🏡🐾❤️ Your kindness has changed his life. Here's to many more wonderful years! 🎉🥂
