Co-developed with Tricon Residential and designed by Chicago’s bKL architects, The Selby redefines the look of rental living through its unconventional shape.

Preserving the historic 1883 Gooderham mansion, this 50-storey rental complex harmoniously balances heritage preservation and distinctive design.

At 55C, over 20,000 sq ft of amenity space includes a state-of-the-art fitness facility designed to support every training style. Warm up on the treadmills, build strength at the weight racks, reset in the yoga studio, and finish in the steam room.

Last week, our project was honoured at ULI Toronto’s 12th Annual Meet the Chief Planners dinner at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel with the ULI Americas 2025 Award for Excellence, the only Canadian project to be given this international award 🏆
