💡 Project Spotlight: TownePlace Suites Victoria Airport

For TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bonvoy Victoria Airport, our goal was to create a space where guests could settle in, relax, and feel at home, whether they were staying for a night or a little longer.

Working alongside the Kothari Group of Companies, our team designed the interiors for this 129-room hotel in Sidney, BC. Inspired by the local surroundings, the design carries a warm, welcoming feel throughout the guestrooms, shared amenities, and back-of-house spaces.

The result is a hotel designed to support comfortable, extended stays while reflecting the character of the surrounding community.

We’re excited to share the completed renovation of the TownePlace Suites London

Working alongside Palm Holdings, our team delivered a Property Improvement Plan (PIP) that refreshed both the public spaces and guestrooms, bringing the hotel in line with Marriott standards while preserving its unique local character.

From updated finishes and furnishings to locally inspired artwork and custom design solutions, every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a more welcoming, cohesive guest experience.

💡 Project Spotlight: WildBrain + House of Cool

A workplace built for big ideas and the teams behind them.

In 2022, we reimagined Toronto HQ to support hybrid work, introducing flexible workstations, focus zones, and vibrant, brand-driven spaces.

Following the acquisition of , we returned to integrate a new 5,000 sq. ft. studio, balancing two creative identities through custom artwork, upgraded editing suites, and enhanced acoustics and lighting.

The result is a cohesive, high-performing space that feels playful, functional, and easy to move through.

💡 Project Spotlight: Sutter Hill Amenity Lounge

Amenity spaces are no longer an afterthought in commercial buildings. They’re becoming places where people gather, recharge, and connect throughout the day.

At 48 Yonge Street in Toronto, partnered with Sutter Hill Properties to reimagine several floors of the building, creating interiors that feel warm, cohesive, and contemporary.

At the centre of the transformation is the 12th floor tenant amenity lounge. Designed to host gatherings, training sessions, and events, it also offers tenants a welcoming space to step away from their desks and spend time together.

Drawing inspiration from hospitality environments, the design blends ideas from workplace, retail, and hospitality design to create a space that feels both functional and inviting.

Since completion, leasing activity in the building has increased, showing the real impact thoughtful amenity design can have.
