Tension in the body arrives in many forms, and our bad habits in posture and breathing destroy our ability to break through tension.
In this 90-minute class, you will learn to:
Cultivate power by the breaking through tension
Enhance the perception of friction in the body
Gain awareness of tension fatigue
Reduce static pain in the body
The exercises in this class will help you more deeply understand your tension, the reasons for your movement restrictions, and the causes of prolonged injuries.
Join this training session and break tension in its tracks!
Solo training. For all levels of experience.
LESSON NOTES are posted in the Zoom chat during the training session.
