Should your online image be a headshot or should it show more of who you are and what you do?⠀

To me, the answer to that question is both.⠀

When people are only able to view your image in a tiny format like on LinkedIn your image should be cropped in tight and just showcase your head and shoulders.⠀

On your website however where you have as much retail space as you want. This is a great place to add photos that show more of your personality or showcase the behind the scenes of you ding what you love.⠀
