Our Holy Hurt spiritual trauma process and healing group begins April 8. The group will run for 6 biweekly Wednesday sessions via Zoom: April 8, 22; May 6, 20; June 3, 17 from 1:00 - 2:30 pm. This is a 6-session commitment, with each session costing $80. There are no refunds for missed sessions. Insurance receipts can be provided.

Last month, I had the opportunity to explore the late Liz White’s psychodramatic work on our defence responses to conflict. I explored my defence of The Controller in this clay creation.
