In August of 2021, Scout Logistics was acquired by TA Services, Inc. – a full service third-party logistics company specializing in domestic and international multimodal freight brokerage, managed transportation, warehousing & fulfillment, and cross-border services.

Since that time, we’ve been able to leverage TA’s resources, systems, processes, and access to capital to provide additional needed capacity to our customer base – ensuring we’re always where they need us most and their freight is always moved with the highest quality of care and expertise.

We’re proud to be the go-to source for North American shippers’ temperature-controlled needs. And we hope to continue being your tried-and-true partner in perishable freight, now under TA Services’ name. We’ll be closing this account on 12/30/22, but we encourage our viewers to follow along in our new adventures over on TA’s website & social media accounts. Stay tuned to see what’s next on the horizon for your team!
