Today, we light what we can.

This week, a small stone I picked up on the beach reminded me how even the hardest things can soften with time.
What once was too sharp to hold eventually becomes something smooth, grounded… and carried differently.

It made me reflect on what I’ve been holding that no longer belongs to me — and what I’m finally ready to set down.

There’s something about autumn light — the way it lingers on the branches, the quiet gold that reminds us how fleeting and beautiful change can be. Today, I’m grateful for the simple things:
the warmth of the sun through the leaves, the laughter of loved ones,
and the peace that comes from being present.
