• Advise and represent employer and employee clients across workplace law matters

• Take a practical approach that grounds legal solutions in real life

• 3 to 4+ years employment and labour law experience in private practice
• Comfortable with litigation and also loves the solicitor side, especially contracts and precedents
• Collaborative, growth minded, tech enthusiastic
• Proficiency in Clio, Microsoft, and Asana, or the mindset to learn fast
