Coco Collective
Calabash is a transatlantic tapestry about the humanity, relationships, and practicality of African and Caribbean communities’ use of their vessels. This inspired African-diasporic dance-music work was developed as a commissioned artist response to Kenyan-British ceramist, Magdalene Odundu’s largest North American exhibition: Dialogue with Objects at Gardiner Museum in March 2024.
