Chicken Burrito K Dogs Recipe Gochujung Chicken: Mix: 3 Tbsp Gochujung 2 Tbsp White Miso 2 Tbsp Mirin 2 Tsp Sesame oil 2 Tbsp Rice vinegar 2 Tbsp minced garlic 1 Tbsp minced ginger 3 Tbsp Water 8 Chicken Thighs Cook the chicken in a pan and save the leftover marinade to return to the pan with the chicken. Cut up the chicken to bite size pieces and return to the pan with cooked marinade. K-Dog Batter: 1 Cup warm water 1 tbsp. Active instant yeast 1 tsp. White sugar 1 cup all purpose flour *(If the batter is too wet add 1/3 cup more flour) Mix warm water, sugar and yeast and allow to bloom for 5 minutes in a warm place. Next, add 1 cup of All purpose flour.* Mix for 5 minutes! Cover dough tightly and let rest in a warm place for a minimum of 30 minutes. After this your dough will have doubled in size and is ready to be used Preparation: While your dough is resting, roll a burrito with lots of mozzarella cheese, gochujang chicken and finely chopped green onion. Sear the burrito on all sides to seal it. After the burrito has cooled, dunk and roll in the prepared K dog batter and immediately transfer into cubed potato mix. Once covered in potatoes immediately transfer into 350F oil and fry until golden and crispy 7-10 minutes. Remove from the oil, sprinkle with salt and coat with teriyaki or sauce of choice. 01/09/2025
