Continuing our education on biomarkers, today we're introducing ApoA1 which is the main protein on HDL (“good”) cholesterol particles. These particles help remove extra cholesterol from the bloodstream and bring it back to the liver. Higher ApoA1 levels are generally linked with better heart health.
