I remember the first time I met Ariana del Mundo. For some reason I was convinced she didn't like me. She was too damn quiet for my liking lol (Think Silent Storm). We met through facebook for a Styled shoot collaboration. It was one of the best decisions I ever made in my career. At that point in my life things were so hectic and unsure, but I made one small decision that changed the course of my career. We became instant friends after the shoot and the rest is history. She lifts me up when I'm down, inspires me daily with the amazing things she's doing in her business and gives the best Filipino hugs ever hahaha. Plus I can't help but think when I see her and her uber talented husband Alex del Mundo loving on each other like newlyweds. If we could make clones of C + S we would. They are such a chill and fun pair that truly compliment each other. When the night came to an end it felt bittersweet. No more late night talks, stories about their summer parties that distracted them from planning their wedding or warm hugs of assurance. .
They showed us that love is meant to be fun and carefree.

We're changing gears 💍
After almost 5 awesome years in the Wedding Industry so much has changed. We have grown and evolved into a great little planning company that has helped to bring our couples ultimate dream to fruition.
After a lot of thoughts and prayers we have decided to do what we truly enjoy and believe in. Going forward we will be focusing on Small Intimate Weddings and Events.
It's soo easy to get caught up in the small trivial things that Wedding planning brings. We want to be able to connect with our couples on a more personal level from design to ex*****on. Why? Because making a commitment like marriage is meant to be shared with those that helped you become the person you are today. Those that you know and love...not with Uncle Bob's neighbour you've never meant.
If you believe in quality over quantity and love over linens...we are your people. We can't wait to start this new journey with you. .

Missed me? Yes I know it's been too long since I have posted on here but I've got good reason.

We have been busy making Wedding Dreams happen this year. On top of that our boutique Artisanal Design Co. has been flourishing (we were even voted as one of the Top Party Supplies in KW) YAY! Thank you to everyone that voted (you know who you are).

I'm so excited to share with you the changes that we are making. But in the meantime, here's a pic from a recent celebration of love in Elmira with my beautiful assistant Momma Green.

Only a few more weeks until 2018 comes to a close. This year has been a time of growth in many ways. My little Event planning business has had more bookings than any year before. Not only that but I opened a small boutique called . It has awaken a fire in me that I never had before. I am looking forward to working with my 2019 couples and taking the retail world by storm. Black Tie Affair Hospitality Personnel has been very busy! Such a great team with an amazing Liz Rego. For all my future brides or prospective ones, if you need staffing, this is the place to call.

I can't even tell you what an amazing evening serving almost 300 Guests for a Christmas Party! Platters Catering is doing an incredible job taking over the former Hanlon Convention Centre. Nothing like taking over a venue right before Christmas! The Guests were so happy with their party. And so beautiful to see all the care givers and their Families enjoying a special night of LOTS of dancing and singing. Not often I almost get taken out by a wheelchair, but the young lady and myself had a good laugh when I ended up in her lap and still didn't drop my plate. lol ;)

Absolutely loved every second working with A and J this summer. Sweet and loving couple with a great sense of humour. I was blown away by the beauty of a gorgeous new venue in the GTA.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Funniest moment was when the fireworks went off and I overheard a guest say, "This is better than Rib Fest!". ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

"I told you I would surprise you". One of my favourite moments of this surprise engagement shoot were the secret clues hidden on the hanger, cake, signs and stationery of what was to come. I think this is soo romantic....thumbs up if you agree.
