Please join us in congratulating Ian Williams on his appointment as Deputy Fire Chief, Communications, Technology and Organizational Performance. Ian joins Toronto Fire Services after serving as Director of Information Management for the Toronto Police Service. He is a nationally recognized leader in police data analytics, known for pioneering the use of data to strengthen operations, strategy, and public trust.
