Fall season is here and couldn’t be happier because PSL & pumpkin bread obviously 👀🍂

Eating desserts is one of life’s joys so no restrictions here ✋🏼

The key however, is making them using whole ingredients, and removing processed sugars just like in this delicious pumpkin bread.

He is a personal trainer and a sports enthusiast who loves and plays soccer.

Congrats Veronica on finishing 16 weeks of our hybrid program!! Online nutritional coaching and in-person training with our incredible team of coaches.

We spent the first 8 weeks focusing on building muscle, training imbalances and improving conditioning. The last 8 weeks were focused on some serious fat loss through LISS & carb cycling.

What a transformation!😍
