Almost talked myself out of an 8:30 hot yoga class after a long day…
but my nephew wasn’t letting me off the hook 😄
And honestly, I wouldn’t have made it there without him.
Every time life feels “too busy” and my yoga practice slips, I’m reminded that busy actually gets harder without it.
