What does peace through strength look like on stage?

Saw Wing Chun Dance Drama, and I’m still floored.

Huge thanks to for the invite 🙏 and TO Live for bringing this world-class production to Toronto.

Ip Man didn’t just train Bruce Lee—he defined the category.

He built legacy by moving with intention.

🎟️ Show runs until Jan 4. Don’t miss it.

Ip Man didn’t just fight—he led.
He turned Wing Chun into a global movement and mentored Bruce Lee along the way.

Now, his story is being told like never before.

Thanks to Keka for the invite and TO Live for bringing Wing Chun Dance Drama to Toronto. This production fuses martial arts, choreography, and cultural storytelling into something unforgettable.

If you’re in the city, don’t miss it.
🎟️ Limited run until Jan 4 at Meridian Hall.

Product Market Fit isn’t a metric.
It’s a feeling.

You’ll hear 10 different VCs give 10 different answers:

“Don’t charge yet, grow fast.”
“No — charge early so you can learn.”

Both can be right.
Both can be wrong.

Because PMF isn’t about tactics.
It’s about timing and identity.

Before you hit it, this is what PMF looks like:
✨ LOIs
✨ Pilots
✨ Early excitement
✨ People cheering you on

But none of that means you’re there yet.

PMF is the moment the market starts pulling you forward…
instead of you pushing everything uphill.

Right now, with the new accelerator and the global platform we’re building, I’m in the messy middle — pilots, experiments, co-creators, figuring out what the market truly wants.

It’s uncomfortable.
But it’s also where breakthroughs happen.

You don’t find PMF in data first.
You feel it in identity first.

And when it hits?
You know.
No dashboard required.

Finding Product Market Fit is more about identity than metrics. It’s the journey from chasing the market to being pulled by it.

Why do I still podcast when AI can generate content 10x faster?

Because my voice builds trust.
Because clarity comes from conversation.
Because a podcast is a legacy, not a tactic.

Trains don’t leave the station without a destination.
Neither should your thought leadership.

Every project, post, and pitch is a vehicle. But without a clear POV? You’re just circling the tracks.

This photo from Helsinki's central station reminded me:
Movement is easy. Direction is leadership.

Drop a 🚉 if you’ve launched something before the vision was fully clear—because we’ve all been there. What matters is whether you kept moving toward clarity.

Not just a train station. A reminder.
🎯 Clarity > Speed
🎯 POV > Noise

This is Helsinki Central. I was reflecting on how many of us launch content, products, or even entire platforms—without really knowing where it’s all headed.

A clear POV doesn’t slow you down.
It gives every move meaning.

🚉 Drop this if you’re committed to building with direction.

Why your podcast isn’t building your category:

→ No POV.
→ All guests, no clarity.
→ No narrative arc.

Your podcast should shape the future—not just share stories.

Most founders waste December.
The ones who scale use it.

I just dropped a new letter breaking down the one-hour alignment ritual I run every year — including the AI prompts for wins, losses, pivots, patterns, and the first 100 days.

If you want January to hit different, start now… not on the 1st.
