Drawing on nearly two decades of experience delivering complex urban projects, the discussion explored how architects can strengthen collaboration with developers, better understand project realities, and create value beyond design excellence alone.
A sincere thank you to Brandon for taking the time to join us and share his insights.

WZMH Principals Nicola Casciato and Supreet Barhay delivered the keynote presentation at this year’s Interior Design Show, joined by Alison McNeil and moderated by Peter Sobchak. The session, “Destinations, Not Desks: Reimagining Workplaces for a Generation That Needs a Reason to Return,” explored how offices are shifting from functional spaces to meaningful destinations.

The panel responded enthusiastically, engaging with ideas that challenge traditional notions of work and reinforce the power of authentic, purpose-driven design.

As part of our 65th anniversary celebrations, WZMH proudly unveiled the Brian Andrew Memorial Library, a space dedicated to learning, mentorship, and remembrance.
Brian joined WZMH Architects in 1983 and served as a partner from 1990 to 2013. A true visionary, he spent countless hours at his drawing board, crafting master plans and bold ideas that continue to shape skylines and capture imaginations. His work earned recognition both locally and internationally, and his guidance inspired generations of architects and designers.
In a heartfelt gesture, Brian’s wife, Sylvie Andrew, donated his collection of architectural books to WZMH, helping form the foundation of this new library. Through this gift, Brian’s legacy will continue to support education, spark inspiration, and encourage future thinkers, just as he did throughout his career.
