ACS will be attending the Mississippi Bail Agents Association (MBAA) 2019 Summer Meeting tomorrow, July 8th! We will be showcasing our breath alcohol testers, such as the RELIANT EMU, a portable breath alcohol tester connected to a smartphone using a proprietary app for electronic monitoring of subjects. The device uses the smartphone cellular connection and Bluetooth connectivity to provide remote supervision.

In 2010, impairment-related crashes resulted in an estimated 1,082 fatalities, 63,821 injuries and damage to 210,932 vehicles in property damage only (PDO) crashes. There were a total of 181,911 crashes, costing an estimated $20.62 billion. These costs factor in fatalities, injuries, property damage, traffic delays, out-of-pocket expenses, hospital/health costs and police, fire and ambulance costs.
